foodieWhat do we do we do when we are not eating out? Learning how to prepare extraordinary dishes!

This month, the Dine Wilmington Foodies Group through Meet Up.com is having a cooking class on Holiday sides with Chef Michael Patria of the SoHo Steakhouse. Anyone can join by going to Meet Up.com and RSVPing. Here is what we will be doing:
The menu of Thanksgiving sides:  Wild mushroom and butternut squash grit souflee
                              Roasted beet salad with drunken goat cheese and truffle honey creme fraiche
                              Spaghetti squash with sage brown butter, toasted pecans, and dried fruit.
