  • Why is my favorite restaurant not listed or in need of being updated?
    We are good, but not always perfect. We have compiled over 400 listings and may have missed a few. Restaurant turnover does occur and unless we find out or are notified by the restaurant or a member of Dine Wilmington Online.com, we may have a delay in getting the information. If you know of something we need to update, please let us know immediately! We rely on your input. Also, never hesitate to mention it to the manager or server that you frequent a restaurant and are a member of Dine Wilmington Online.com. Some restaurants may just need to hear that their information is important to you in order to contact us!
  • Why cant I find a restaurant based on my search criteria?
    Our website is an advanced search engine offering hundreds of search topics with thousands of combined search capabilities. We provide you with a multitude of opportunity to find what you are looking for every time a search is done. Remember, searches by keywords do require you to have accurate spellings unless our system can identify similar wrong spellings. When in doubt get help at the search page.
  • Will I receive SPAM as a result of becoming a member?
    Absolutely NOT! Please read our privacy policy posted on our home page. We don't like SPAM so why would we subject you to it? Member information is never available unless you specifically indicate that you would like to receive offers from restaurants and/or Dine Wilmington Online.com. It is not our policy to sell our member list and please be assured that any SPAM you may get is not a result of your membership on our site.
  • What is a Rating Score?
    Only Dine Wilmington Online.com members have the ability to go into our Restaurant Rating interface and complete brief rating surveys. As a customer, restaurants should always be aware and strive to exceed your expectations. Rating Scores are another service we provide to our members so that you can reward a restaurant for excellent service or express concerns and possible areas for improvement. Rating Reports and your Testimonials are compiled for management review. Dine Wilmington Online.com reserves the right to reject rating information that is offensive, inappropriate or malicious.
  • How do I change my password, username, or account details?
  • After logging in... You can do this by clicking the 'Your Details' link found in the 'User
    Menu' (found on the left-hand side) followed by hovering over the 'Edit' button and finally clicking the 'Update Your Profile' link. Please note that some fields are mandatory and that not every field requested is made public.
