This was one of the largest groups we had to attend the monthly dinner.  There were 44 hungry Waterford Residents and friends.

Although Mason’s Haunt is relatively new, opening late last year, they have already built a reputation for good food.  The atmosphere is warm and friendly.  The dress is business casual.  Dave Herring, chef/owner, has obviously assembled a team of professionals.  The staff was friendly and accommodating.  The waiters knew the menu and wines, and easily answered questions about particular dishes or an appropriate wine with a dish.

Our group has been to at least 15 different restaurants and this is only the second time every single person found no fault with either the food or service.  I did not hear one complaint!  The food is American but each dish has a special topping or sauce you might not expect.

Dave, you have a new following.  The Group wishes you and your team all the best.
