TreBenzio's: Innovative Cuisine in a Contemporary Setting PDF Print E-mail
Written by Lisa Layman
218TreBenzio's Restaurant and Martini Lounge located at 141 Front Street is located in the heart of downtown Wilmington. You may have missed TreBenzio's because of the discreet entrance but after checking out this location, you won't miss it again. The three story recently renovated space is quickly gaining recognition for it's interior design as well as its contemporary cuisine. The location was designed by owners Ben Stevens and Travis Wade (also the Chef), who combined their names for the title Trebenzios. Tre (travis' nickname) Ben and Zios ( a derivative of zion for heaven) - Tre and Ben's Heaven.
Check Out TreBenzio's Menu

According to owner/Chef Travis Wade, TreBenzios is has a very unique layout which spreads out over three floors of dinner, dancing and drinks.

Wade states that "the unique upscale dinning provides a chic metropolitan style decor and architecture.  Personalized service is amazing, and the culinary creations are understated within our community. We also serve  the most sophisticated martini list I've ever come across".

Of Special mention is the signature dish, the "Martini Meatloaf". Boasted as the best meatloaf you will ever taste. Stuffed with spinach, olives and seared with a dash of dry vermouth.

TreBenzio's also offers We offer many amenities usually associated with big city establishments, including cigar humidors, fine cognacs, martinis and cuisine with an unparalleled night life.

The most unique part of this restaurant's story is that this is Ben and Travis' first! According to Wade, "We have restored this building along with my father from a 1930's clothing store into what you see today.  90% of the work that was done has been with our own hands.  And all though we have work ahead of us, we feel great to be here and be a part of this thriving Wilmington district."
