Deluxe Does Mardi Gras PDF Print E-mail

In honor of Mardi Gras,
on February 5th Deluxe will be featuring a special menu.  (In addition to their regular menu). 
The Event is $30.00 for Three courses and Festive decor (beads, dubloons, masks, music and more).
Some of the special dishes that will be served are Louisiana Blue Crab Corn Chowder Soup, Crispy Fried Black-eyed Pea Shrimp, Choucroute Garni and New Orleans Style Bananas Foster with Pecan Dust.

Louisiana Blue Crab Corn Chowder Soup
cheddar Tabasco biscuit 

Grilled Broccoli Pom Poms
orange ginger pecan dressing 

Tenderloin Grillades
infrared grilled beef paillards, creamy bocconcini grits, portobella gravy 

Crispy Fried Black-eyed Pea Shrimp
tomato remoulade and white barbeque dipping sauces 

Blackened Mahi Mahi Filet
garlic cheese grits, wilted spinach, tarragon aioli 

Choucroute Garni
braised red cabbage, marinated pork loin, andouille sausage, fingerling potato and Tasso ham 

New Orleans Crawfish Etouffe
steamed jasmine rice, Cajun red peas and snap beans 

Crispy Confit of Creole Wild Duck
with Cajun double dirty rice, garlicky chard leaves and Zatarain’s honey mustard glaze   


New Orleans Style Bananas Foster with Pecan Dust
 

Warm White Chocolate Bread Pudding in Vanilla Foam
