Nicola's Pasta Tasting Packs the House PDF Print E-mail

IMG_0293_1Having something different on the menu boosts Nicola's Italian restaurant draw as flocks of people take advantage of their special pasta tasting events. In 2009, Nicola's introduced their homemade pasta tasting evenings in which Chef Nick Pittari chooses from an extensive list of homemade pasta for a fixed price dinner. What is more like having five entrees and a dessert, Nicola's keeps the pasta dishes flowing as the crowd is treated to a wide variety of sauces, specialty dishes and introductions by Chef Pittari.
The pasta tastings are offered throughout the year and by special group request. According to Chrissie Pittari, the pasta tastings have a huge response and coupled with their "Big Night" a family style dining event, the restaurant has enjoyed large crowds and a unique offering. "We love to share the experience of the family style dining events, unless people have grown up with this type of dining, it is an unusual experience and one where there is opportunity to mix and mingle with others as well as taste a large variety of our food."
