 Wilmington Summer Wine & Beer Walk after the overwhelming success of the Winter Wine Walk, DBA (Downtown Business Alliance) announces a Summer Walk - with beer too! Join in for a traveling wine and beer tasting at some of Downtown's favorite restaurants, bars, and wine/beer shops. The hours have been extended for the event, and is moving to an afternoon/early evening to allow for an entire day of exploring Downtown while trying some beverages perfect for the summer season. Be sure to end your evening with dinner at one of Downtown's many excellent restaurants. Wilmington Summer Wine & Beer Walk Saturday, July 19th 1pm - 6pm You must be 21 & up to participate in this event. Tickets are $15 each or 2 for $25 if purchased in advance. Admission of $15 will be available at the door the day of event, unless the event sells out which will be indicated on this website. This event DID sell-out in advance last time, so we recommend purchasing tickets soon! Advance tickets will be available by Saturday, June 27th, at: Bottega Art & Wine: 208 N. Front St. Wilmington Wine Shoppe: 110-A S. Front St. or online at E-Tix PLEASE NOTE: This event will start at BOTH Bottega & The Wine Shoppe where you will receive a wristband showing that you are part of the event, as well as a map of all participating venues. You can begin the walk any time after 1pm. YOUR STARTING LOCATION WILL BE DETERMINED BY WHERE YOU BOUGHT YOUR TICKETS: If you bought your advance tickets at Bottega, you will begin the walk at Bottega. If you bought tickets at the Wine Shoppe, you will begin there. If you purchased your tickets online and your ORDER NUMBER (on your email confirmation only - not on your ticket) ends with an even number, you will begin at Bottega. If your ORDER NUMBER ends with an odd number, you will begin at The Wine Shoppe. If the event is not sold out and tickets are available day-of, you can pay admission and start the walk at either of the two locations.
