Dan's Mason Bistro is dedicated to providing you with a quality, casual, fine dining experience. Currently owned and operated by Dan and Catherine Murphy, Dan acquired the bistro in 2006 from the former owners for whom he had been the Executive Chef since 2003.  With over 30 years experience in the restaurant and fine dining industry, the limited seating at the bistro allows the chef and staff to create a very personal relationship with the customers. The menu can only be described as a combination of French – Italian and American Fusion, combining a mixture of flavors and accommodating to even the most sophisticated palate. The location also has a full service bar with one the best wine selections available. The Bistro is located on Masonboro Loop Road, surrounded by beautiful  upscale residential neighborhoods and nestled just minutes from college road. It is easy to get to and well worth the small excursion from the main drag. This is definitely considered a local secret and an excellent find for those who know where the remarkable restaurants of Wilmington are found. 

Dan's Mason Bistro is a non-smoking establishment.  For those diner's who need a smoke break, Dan's has plentiful outside seating for your enjoyment.

Great restaurant, small and casual. Food is excellent and special are also very good. Ceasar Salad and clams appetizer are out of this world
