An A+ Experience!
Reviewed by SCTeacher, 2008-02-13 20:13:48 As I entered Chris' Cosmic Kitchen, heavenly smells -- and Kristin -- greeted me. The real stars of this kitchen are Kristin and Chris, the chef. I would say that he would be right at home in the priciest of restaurants.
It was hard to select from the constellation of choices, but a sample of the shrimp bisque solved the problem. The bisque was creamy, tasty, and remindful of the great chowders I have enjoyed in New England village settings. The reuben was also a stellar choice -- not tough, but melt-in-your-mouth delicious. And the gourmet cheesecake with its perfect crust, Chris' specialty, was a delightful ending to the meal.
I like the fact that the kitchen opens at 6:30 a. m., allowing most people time to stop by in their morning rush. And one can order breakfast all day! The atmosphere is also a plus. The starry decor and art work are soothing and tasteful. The bathrooms are a must-see and rate an A+ for both cleanliness and decor.
For that soup, sandwich, New England coffee, and a slice of heaven -- or for their breakfast items -- you will want to visit Chris' Cosmic Kitchen, an A+ experience!

Cosmic Kitchen Rocks!
Reviewed by Writergirl, 2007-12-03 09:56:26 I'm a southern girl and while my husband likes to sample key lime pie all over town, I like to test the biscuits and gravy in every restaurant that opens for breakfast. Stopped by Cosmic Kitchen on Saturday and it took all my willpower not to lick the plate! Light fluffy biscuit and perfectly textured and seasoned gravy - just melted in my mouth. Best in town - no contest! Can't wait to work my way through the rest of Chris's menu if this is any indication.
