last nt. was my first exp. dining at hieronymus...even though i live ridiculously close to the restaurant. it happened to have been my birthday. we were also celebrating two other birthdays, with the other two companions. from the time i made the reservation, with some special needs, to the time we left the restaurant, we were very impressed with the food, service and atmosphere. the only negative was that i ordered lobster and it wasn't all that tasty. it was pretty bland. however, everything else was exceptional - including the two companion's dinners. my mom got a real treat when she found 4 or 5 pearls in her broiled oyster dinner! she was thrilled! we were told that had never occurred in 10 years. pretty awesome. i look forward to my next dining experience - with or without pearls!
