When you walk into the Islands Fresh Mex Grill, the atmosphere hits you like a warm tropical breeze.  We are fresh and fun with a touch of the Caribbean. All of these wonderful things are incorporated in our food, atmosphere and customer service.
The Islands Fresh Mex Grill specializes in made to order burritos, tacos, salads, nachos, quesadillas and other fresh-mex favorites.  Our menu is comprised of the freshest ingredients; from our vegetables and sauces, to our quality marinated meats including grilled chicken, Jamaican jerk chicken, premium steak, ground beef and tilapia.
In a hurry?  No problem.  The Islands can be a quick trip or a relaxing family getaway. Our restaurant offers wide open dining and a full service tiki bar that will be open late.

Established in 2008, the Islands Fresh Mex Grill is an eco-friendly restaurant where the atmosphere is as fresh as our food. One of Wilmington, North Carolina’s newest and most unique casual dining establishments, Islands Fresh Mex Grill is located on Racine Drive in Racine Commons.
When it comes to dining, you can have it all! Our restaurant was founded on this principle and our staff will work hard to ensure it is always achieved.
